Our Wedding

Abigail and Reed met on their high school shooting team in 2018. They had seen each other occasionally, because Reeds father was a coach. They soon were thrown into tournaments together. As they continued to shoot around each other, Abby finally got the courage to get Reeds contacts, where they talked here and there for the next few months. Finally, Reed took Abby to practice one day with his best friend tagging along for support! They went out to eat after and after Mason made a couple jokes about being a third wheel, they dropped her off. The next day, Reed asked Abby to go out dancing. He picked her up on a Friday night to go to a dance hall, where they danced a little and talked a lot. They talked the entire date all the way up to her doorstep, and said goodnight. They went out that next Friday night for a movie, and when he dropped her off this time, she got a kiss goodnight. From then on, they were almost inseparable seeing each other after school, at practices, shooting together and going out. Before they knew it, a year had passed, Reed was graduating and going to college. So, he went, she stayed, and they stuck through it, talking to each other when they could. Somehow in Gods big beautiful plan, she was accepted with a hefty scholarship to shoot at a university not too far from Reed, and the long distance got a little shorter. While in Florida, they both realized, in their own timing, that they each needed to go home to Texas for the rest of their schooling. So Reed found ASU, to continue his flight training with a more supportive program, while Abby finished her freshman year in Jacksonville. That next fall, she ended up being recruited for the shooting team under ASU too. So, on they went, closing the distance again. Since they transferred, Reed has graduated college and is a certified flight instructor and a supervisor at the airport. Abby also graduated that following December, in 2025, and is now an admissions coordinator and receptionist at the airport and flight school. They have now been together six years. They could not be any more excited to finally be able to marry each other and show everyone how deep their love really runs. “We both believe that God has truly blessed us with a young love, deep understanding and true friendship weve had since we were teens. We didnt just find our lifelong partner on that team, but our best friend too, and were so lucky to have found each other so early and spend the rest of our lives together.”
