The venue is very busy this time of year. It is highly suggested you book your room ASAP. We have a block of rooms and there are no extra rooms available outside of our room block at this time. The hotel does not charge your card until you check in. There is a discount on the rooms with our code. The entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at Tailwater. The ceremony will be held outside along the salmon river, weather permitting. If the weather is not in our favor that day the venue has an inside option and we will move to an all season room. The reception will be held inside.

We encourage all guests to wear cocktail to formal attire.

If “and guest” or plus one’s name is written on your invitation, you can bring someone. We cannot wait to celebrate with you both!
