Their story starts, not in college where they attended general education classes together, but at a workplace they shared. After Abby became a supervisor prior to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic at a local pharmacy, these two spent a lot of time together. Working college students, they worked the same shifts together. Soon enough, they would start hanging out more and more after work hours.

The more they got to know each other, the more time they spent together. Most people in their lives assumed they were together far before things became “official.” They were always together. They spent almost the entirety of their free time either physically together or on the phone with each other.

With some prodding, Gage continued to tell Abby that he was waiting for a specific day to be their special day. Finally, he asked her out on Halloween, a day near and dear to his heart. And, guess what? She said yes!

These two would become inseparable after that. Finishing college together, graduating together, and working together. They began to explore new places and experience new things together.
