It was a surprisingly warm April afternoon. Abbey and Mike enjoyed a walk in the sun, while their families hid behind nearby trees, overlooking Central Park's Iroquois Lake. After many deep breaths and clears of the throat, Mike asked the question they both waited so long for. Abbey's "yes" was greeted by a dozen eager family members (and one wild dog) as they sprinted down the hill laughing and celebrating. After the commotion, Abbey and Mike took a seat on a perfectly positioned bench. A bench that they still frequent months later, and one they plan to visit for years to come.
