We met in high school at a Moeller High School basketball game. Then we “re-met” freshman year of college at a friend’s birthday party at Miami University. Tylan asked Abby to be his girlfriend in a creative video he made with a slideshow. It was a surprise so Abby’s friends were trying hard to get her to sit and “watch a movie” when she was trying to leave and get her Nutella shake from Currito on campus.

Our story had a few bumps in the road where we were apart, but our shared faith in God brought us back together a few years later. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the power of prayer and without support from friends and family. God knew what He was doing and His faithfulness is so good. Over 12 years of loving each other and a lifetime to go!
