How do I rsvp and when by?
Attached to your invitation is a detail card with a QR code where you can RSVP, or you you can visit the 'RSVP' section of this website. If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation- that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is July 20th, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. We hope you understand!
Can I bring a plus one?
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when your RSVP. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. Thank you for understanding!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 4:00 pm ceremony time!
Are there any colors that should be avoided?
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- white, ivories, creams, and light linens.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer to capture all special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your camera and phones during the reception!
Can we bring our children?
Invitations will be specific and if the invitation says "family" your children are invited. However, we encourage you use use this evening as a "date night" for yourselves!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there will be parking at the venue!
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held indoors, and our cocktail hour/ reception will be held outdoors. We do have large tents for coverage in case the weather decides to act up.
Where can I ship the wedding gift?
Your presence and support mean the world to us, but if you wish to contribute a gift, considering the wedding's location in New Hampshire and the couple's forthcoming move to Texas, we kindly request that any gifts be shipped to 705 S. Grant St. Unit 18, Amarillo, Texas 79101. If you do decide to ship a gift please write your name, so we know who to send a thank you to!
