Abby and David's love story began when they met on eharmony in January 2024. David's father had strongly encouraged him to reactivate eharmony after feeling the Lord speaking that he would meet his wife online. Around that same time, Abby was prayerfully considering online dating after a friendly nudge to find a husband from a patient at work. She then joined eharmony as well and the rest was history. After many very long messages on the app, they finally met and had their first date, spending the entire afternoon chatting and enjoying each other's company on Super Bowl Sunday. Their love for each other grew over the months as they had many wonderful dates and adventures together, not to mention, long FaceTime calls every night. Abby and David not only share a love for each other but also a love for Jesus and a desire for their relationship with Him to grow deeper as they pursue life and a commitment to each other. By August it was an easy yes from Abby when David proposed at Wildwood Park in Harrisburg. They are over-the-moon excited to celebrate their wedding day with friends and family.
