Abir and Nazifa first met as friends of friends at Starbucks Chatswood in 2017. Nazifa thought of Abir as just one of Tamim’s weird friend, while Abir thought of Nazifa as someone who talked too much. Neither of them thought much of each other.

They later met again on a trip to Snowy Mountains in 2019 with all their friends. From there, a friendship began to blossom.

It was during Covid 19 where their story truely began. While the pandemic and lockdown brought a lot of misfortune to people, it was what started their journey towards something more than friendship.

Abir and Nazifa would stay up all night talking to each other during lockdown. With the free time they both had, they learned a lot about each other, and had become a lot closer.

So much so that they decided to get engaged in 2023…. and the rest is history..
