Our wedding ceremony and reception will occur at the same location, Cavallo Fields Farmhouse. The address is 5021 Pleasant Unity Rd, Latrobe, PA 15650. There is also a barn located on the property, however we will not be utilizing this space.

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the patio and dinner will take place inside the farmhouse dining room. Guests are free to mingle inside and outside during the reception.

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 and we ask that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes early. Following the ceremony, there is no strict timeline for the day. We want it to be a relaxing experience for all, celebrating our love!

Please join us in semi-formal attire to celebrate our special day. Ladies, cocktail dresses or dressy separates are recommended, and gentlemen, suits or dress slacks with jackets (optional) are appropriate. We look forward to celebrating with you in style!

We'll be serving an array of hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a set menu. We will take careful consideration of any food allergies.

Yes, drinks are on us!

Our reception will end at 9:30pm, however, we are inviting guests to continue the celebration at the 19th Hole Bar & Lounge which is in the hotel where we have set up a room block.

Yes! Two scheduled shuttles will depart from the hotel to bring you to our venue for the ceremony (shuttles will leave the hotel at approximately 2 and 2:30). At the end of the night, there will be a shuttle available to take you back to the hotel.
