We met in 2019 on Tinder. Our first date was setting off fireworks on top of Smelter Mountain and then getting Sonic slushies afterward. Since then, we have been partners in crime, going on lots of adventures, and eating many, many snacks along the way.

We bonded over our love of skiing and spending time in the outdoors. We spent many of our first dates hitting the slopes together. When the snow melted, Chris taught me how to mountain bike, and now we have year-round sports to keep us entertained.

A year into dating, Chris and I bought a school bus with a dream of converting it into an RV and traveling around the country. After a year and a half of hard work, no free time, and just a few arguments, we finished our fully converted school bus. In the summer of 2021, we embarked on a two-month-long road trip up the west coast. We drove from Sand Diego and the way to the Canadian border then through Idaho and Montana before making our way back home.

We brought our bikes and got to ride in so many cool places around the West Coast. Our favorite place we rode was in Bellingham and we can't wait to go back and ride there for our Honeymoon. Our bus trip is one of our favorite memories from our relationship.

We got engaged on October 8th, 2023 up in the fall colors on Red Mountain Pass.

Since getting back from our big trip, we both settled into adult life. Graduating college and starting our careers. Chris works for a tech company and Acacia teaches 4th grade. We spend our free time camping, skiing, biking, and Jeeping. We are so excited to start this new chapter of married life!
