Met the summer of 2018 at a local bar in Eagle Lake, TX. That same night as he walked me to my car, “The Mayor” decided to plant one on me. My reaction: 😳. Definitely didn’t expect it but definitely wasn’t complaining either 😂 After that, we saw each other regularly for about a year-ish and decided to give it a go. We became “official” on October 26, 2019, after spending the evening at the World Famous Nada Cookoff. Fast forward through 3 years of amazing adventures and loving memories together, on our 3 year anniversary (Oct 26, 2022), I came home from work to a huge surprise. A trail of rose petals from our front door to our dining room where Justin got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was truly perfect, the proposal, the ring, the people there to witness it. 🥰 Instead of picking a random day to get married, we decided to make it special and meaningful and wait exactly 2 years after our engagement to say our I Do’s in front of our loved ones on what will be our 5 year anniversary ❤️
