The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM at Majestic Oaks. Please plan to arrive a little early, from 3:30-3:50, to be sure you are seated before the ceremony begins. As a note, there is some road construction in the North Metro right now, so please plan your commute accordingly.

Formal & Cocktail Attire, with that said please take this opportunity to dress up for our special day. Even your "best" jeans are not formal. We appreciate you looking your best for us. The Bridesmaids will be wearing black.

We want you to be a part of this special moment with us. We strongly request that you refrain from taking out your phones at any point when you are in the ceremony area. We have professional videographers, and photographers, hired to document the ceremony, and they are very talented! Please take all the pictures and video you want at the reception, dinner, and social hour after the ceremony!

The wedding ceremony is planned to be outside on the Majestic Oaks golf course grounds close to the reception area. (Weather Permitting) If we have rain/snow the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Yes, and you may park overnight if needed. Majestic Oaks just asks that if you are going to be leaving your vehicle to please be parked more towards the rear of the lot.

Yes, there will be a partial open bar. We will have a few complimentary kegs of beer, His/Hers Drinks, and a couple other items. Majestic Oaks has a full bar available to purchase whatever your heart desires; card & cash are accepted.
