Corey is my first and forever friend! Corey always jokes that I'm her FIRST friend meanwhile I had to wait 8 months and 1 day for her arrival. Throughout the years, our friendship has evolved from family friends to chosen friends. Over the past four years, Corey has not only been my friend but has become our friend. Our Tuesday night dinners have become a tradition we cherish. Throughout my life, no matter what, I have always known that Corey was and will continue to be there for me! Imagining my wedding day, Corey was always going to be right by my side!

Laura started off as a camp friend. We met as senior girl counselors at Camp YMCA Kanawana, listening to Kodaline. That year Laura rudely packed up and moved to B.C. for undergrad and then to Nova Scotia for graduate school, and yet this still works for us. We talk on the phone and FaceTime multiple times a week lasting anywhere from a 5-second check-in to an hour. I always cherish Laura's big hugs that I get every time I pick her up at the airport. Despite never living in the same city for more than a summer, Laura is now part of our growing family.

Mel is my newest friend of the bunch! We met in the first year of our Masters. I knew we were going to be thick as thieves from the moment she insisted I use the coveted single stall as we cross paths on our way to the bathroom outside our respective offices. The worst part about being friends with Mel is that she will always side with Adam in arguments, but the best part of being her friend is that she never judges me. Mel is my safe space and my second half. The past four years of this degree have been far from easy, but she has made every minute better.

Kayla and I met in high school, but our friendship really blossomed in Cegep when she went to Marianopolis while I was at Dawson. Kayla is my phone buddy. No matter what, when I first get into the car, my first instinct is to call Kayla and check-in. Kayla knows the ins and outs of my life, sometimes better than I do, never missing an opportunity to wish me luck on an exam, a presentation, or a deadline. Kayla's meticulous organization, kind soul, and inherent lust for life make her the most ideal bridesmaid and I cannot be happier knowing that she will be by my side every step of this process!

Amanda, more commonly known as Mands, is also a high school friend. Our friendship solidified in the last year of high school when all our friends were taking advanced sciences while we opted to take "fitness". Little did we know, fitness meant gym class with 3 girls (ourselves included) and 30 boys who only wanted to play sports. Mands has always been my fun friend, up for any adventure! Mands and I have traveled the world together from Southeast Asia to Israel and Greece. Mands is someone I can always turn to for advice, be it fashion or relationship advice, knowing that she will tell me her honest truth. With her by my side, I am sure that every detail of the big day will be special!

For those of you that don't know Michelle, she is Adam's cousin, the middle child between Josh and Ethan. Michelle is the only other person who can rival me in the quantity of food consumed at Nanny's dining room table. While Michelle and I don’t yet have years of friendship between us, I know our relationship is only at the start. I am so honored to have you by my side on this adventure, a true sign of our merging families. I mean who wouldn't want a bonus sister-in-law?!

Elliott is my Can-Do counterpart, thrifting partner, and all-around mentor. El and I met when I became his favorite research assistant during my undergrad. Over the years, our relationship has transformed from “professional” to office-mates and best of friends. El has made every life milestone easier by doing it first, from buying a home to completing a Ph.D. and getting married. El has always been there for me, with a glass of wine in hand, and I cannot imagine my wedding day being any different!

James and I met in our first-year contracts law class at the University of Ottawa (before he *cough* transferred *cough* to McGill law). James is a jack of all trades; lawyer by day and contractor by night. He has always been there for me teaching me various new skills as my hobby husband and hiking buddy up Mount Katahdin and Sleeping Giant. Looking forward to summiting this next chapter together!

JJ and I have been best friends ever since we met at a Shabbaton in Niagara falls. JJ is one of the most loyal and kindest people I know. Although we do not live in the same city, JJ and I speak daily about Facebook Marketplace finds, Larry David absurdities, and now married life. Looking forward to budgeting this wedding together, and to many double-dates as married men!

Ben is my oldest friend - we met in our first year of high school. Ben has always been there for me, literally and figuratively, being present for all my life milestones. While Ben has relocated to Israel, we continue to talk regularly, staying up to date on each other's lives. Ben has a golden heart and is truly a great man. He always has a smile on his face and puts everyone around him in a good mood! I can't imagine my special day without you standing by my side, just as you have done on every other occasion!

Aside from literally being the smartest person I know, Josh is lowkey hilarious. Josh and I are never not laughing hysterically or scheming, especially at Nanny's Shabbat dinner table. Josh is also my Survivor, Amazing Race, Top Chef and SNL buddy. It is only fitting to have you as my partner in crime on this special day!

Ethan is my little cousin, though he is just like a little brother. We still reminisce about our first trip together years ago in Boston. Ethan is always up to date with the newest music trends, sharing the same taste in music from Michael Jackson to Kendrick Lamar. Looking forward to vibing with you on this special day!

Matthew is the chillest brother-in-law a guy could hope for! There are probably a handful of situations where you will catch Matthew in a suit, our wedding being one (so make sure you get a selfie to capture the occasion!). When not in a suit, Matthew is doing outdoorsy things or watching the latest movies - hobbies we continue to bond over. Our wedding day could not be complete without you standing beside Zoey and me!
