Adam and Casey first met in Mrs. Churchill's third grade class at Caledonia Elementary School. Casey had a huge crush on Adam and drew a heart around his picture in her school year book. Casey remembers Adam as being cute, kind, and very quiet.

Adam and Casey continued going to school together at Belvidere Central Middle School. Adam spent his days causing a ruckus with his brother, cousins, and friends. Casey spent her time competitive swimming, playing softball, and hanging out with her friends. Little did the two know, they spent every other day with their future spouse during Middle School band practice.

After middle school, Adam went to Boylan Catholic High School and Casey attended Belvidere North High School.

Adam attended college at the University of Illinois studying Crop Sciences while Casey was a short 45 minutes away at Illinois State University studying Organizational Communication. On a warm summer night, Adam was out with friends talking about the upcoming Backstreet Boys/Florida Georgia Line concert. After a little liquid courage and support from Ben Ely and Nate Stringer, Adam messaged Casey over Facebook inviting her to the concert. Unfortunately, Casey was unable to go due to being in Florida with her family, but the two went on their first date to Rock Cut State Park as soon as she got back. The two began going back and forth between colleges during their last year of school.

After graduating college, Adam, Casey, and Lemon all moved in together. Quickly after, the two decided to adopt their second dog, Mila. Casey continued to beg Adam for some farm animals. Soon they had added 11 chickens and 4 ducks to the mix. Over the past 5 years together, the two continued to grow their relationship. Now, join us all in celebrating the next step of their love story, as husband and wife.
