Is there a dress code?

We would love for you to dress to impress! Feel free to dress in your "Christmas" best! No jeans, please!

Are children allowed?

In consideration of limited venue space, we've opted for an adults-only event (outside of immediate family only) to create a relaxed atmosphere for all our guests. Only children listed on the invitation will be invited. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have a question or concern, please reach out to Kirsten or Adam directly.

Is the event space handicap accessible?

Yes! Our wonderful event space is wheelchair accessible. There is a freight elevator in the back of the event space that will have an attendant working it for those that may need accommodations.

The wedding is in KC, is there free parking?

YES! Our event space has free, designated parking for our guests. There will be a parking attendant outside to direct traffic!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

The ceremony & reception will both be indoors! There is a patio that is outside for those that smoke or vape. Please no vaping indoors.

I'm coming from out of town, is there a reserved hotel block of rooms?

Yes! You can find the hotel block information in the travel section of our website!

Is there a hotel shuttle that will go from the hotel to the venue?

We’ve opted to not have a shuttle to the venue from the hotel. However, our venue is VERY close to the hotel and just a short Uber ride over for those who want to enjoy the open-bar! Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or personal cameras during the ceremony. We have hired a talented photographer to capture our day and ask that you leave the photos up to the professional! During the reception, we ask that you take ALL the photos!
