Whats included when I reserve a bunk?
The bunk cabins are basic no amenities cabins with a total of 10 bunks in each. If you’d like to reserve a bunk you will be assigned one on arrival, households will be put together with like families/groups. Each bunk comes with full bedding; including sheets, comforter, pillow and towel. You will have access to community bathrooms and showers in a separate building (just a short walk away)
What’s included at Welcome Bonfire?
The bonfire will be start right after sunset, desserts, beers/seltzers, and wine will be provided but feel free to BYOB
Will there be breakfast offered on Wednesday?
We will provide light continental breakfast Wednesday and Thursday
(Coffee/ juice, muffins, pastries, fruit, etc )
Will there be water available on site?
The A Frame reception hall has a kitchen, and there will be a water jug available 24/7
Is there a community kitchen?
Bunk house Arapahoe has a full kitchen if you need to store food/snacks in the fridge or prepare a meal
Can I camp in a tent instead of reserve a bunk?
Absolutely! Your welcome to camp on site but please respect the space and leave no trace
Can I bring my own alcohol to camp?
Yes no alcohol restrictions
What time can I arrive?
You can arrive anytime between Tuesday afternoon, checkout is 10:30AM prompt Thursday morning. We only have the venue from Tuesday - Thursday
What's for dinner?
Illegal Pete's will be catering; chicken, beef, and veggie options available
Is it an open bar?
Cooler drinks will be provided at the welcome bonfire. Wedding day there will be a full bar, please bring cash to tip your bartenders
Is there parking on site?
Yes- there is a parking lot for on site parking. We do recommend carpooling if possible to save space!
Can I bring my dog?
Although we love your furry friends, no dogs are allowed on site
