Cocktail attire is not casual wear. It's dressier than a casual look but not as fancy as a formal look. Keep it stylish, bold colors and floral prints for the season. For Men: a suit and tie | For Women: dress of various lengths, including tea length, knee length, mid length, or pantsuit/jumpsuit is appropriate attire; stay away from floor length and highly embellished dresses
Is parking available at the venue?
Street parking is available on 3rd Ave, 24th St and Stevens Ave. Paid parking is available in a parking ramp on 3rd Ave and two surface lots on 25th St or 24th St.
Is handicap parking available?
Handicap parking is available on the first floor of the parking ramp and the surface lot located on 24th St.
How much is the parking fee?
A modest fee for parking enables MIA to maintain the museum at a no admission fee for visitors, the ramp is a flat daily rate of $15 and the surface lots are a flat daily rate of $10. Please follow the instructions at the pay stations.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
With respect, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. Please respect and be mindful of our guest list and the capacity of our venue.
Can I bring a plus one?
You will be able to RSVP for only the name/s on your invitation. (Please do not bring uninvited guest to the wedding without the bride and groom's knowledge, please feel free to contact the bride and groom with questions.)
What time does the ceremony start?
The doors will be open for wedding guests at 5pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Once the ceremony has begun, any late guests will be asked to wait to enter so that there will be no interruptions or distractions.
Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?
The ceremony is planned for outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.
What time is dinner?
Dinner will be served between 7:30pm - 7:45pm.
