For those guests who are flying in, the closest airports are San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

Our recommendation is to use a rental car company and then drive to Fredericksburg, TX.

SAT is around 70 minutes from the venue.

AUS is around 95 minutes from the venue.

We have listed hotel blocks that we have in Fredericksburg for guests to be able to reserve rooms. These rooms must be booked 30 days prior to the first night (BY AUGUST 4th) or they will be released from our name. Bookings will either by under MATA or ATKINSON.
