Adam and Kamryn met at Ruwe Family Pharmacy in the summer of 2016. Kamryn had just graduated high school and was about to start college at Thomas More University. Adam had completed his first year of college at NKU, but made the decision to transfer to Thomas More University to continue his baseball career.

After Adam graduated in 2019 with an accounting degree, he decided to attend NKU for law school. During his 3 years of law school, Kamryn graduated with her nursing degree then decided to attend NKU for her advanced degree.

For Kamryn’s 25th birthday, Adam and Kamryn decided to celebrate in Scottsdale, Arizona. After an exhausting but amazing day spent exploring Sedona, Adam and Kamryn traveled to the Grand Canyon for a sunset tour. Adam proposed as the sun set behind the beautiful canyon.
