When should I RSVP by?
The earlier the better! At the latest, please RSVP by January 21st, 2025.
What is the best way to RSPV?
Click the RSVP on the Home page or go to the RSVP tab on our website, type in your first name and click "find your invitation".
What if I am struggling to RSVP through the website?
Feel free to email us at treanorwedding25@gmail.com. In the email, please let us know if you are attending. If you received an invitation including an additional guest, state the guest's full name in your email.

Is there a Hotel Room Block?
Yes, Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown, an IHG Hotel has rooms at a discounted rates for guests traveling in from out of town. To book your room please click the TRAVEL tab on our wedding website. Scroll down and click the "Website" button underneath the hotel description. It will take you to the Treanor Wedding Hotel Block website where you can book your rooms.
When is the latest I can book a room within the hotel block?
The final day to reserve a room within the Treanor Wedding Block is March 5th, 2025. Rooms with a block rate may be limited, so reserving a room in advance will ensure a discounted price.
Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?
No, the ceremony and the reception are taking place at two separate locations.
What is the address of the Ceremony and how long does it take to get there from the hotel?

Travel time is about 7 minutes from the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
What is the address of the reception and how long does it take to get from the ceremony location to the reception location?

How Far is the Reception Location from the Hotel?
The reception is only 1.3 miles away from the hotel. Travel time is about 5 minutes or less.
Will there be transportation provided?
No, all guests are asked to please provide their own methods of transportation during their stay in Dallas and on the day of the wedding.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venues?
Uber or Lyft will be the best mode of transportation for guests without a rental car.
Guests with rental cars can drive.
What is the parking like at both venues?
The Texas Discovery Gardens have plenty of free parking.
Street parking near Stirr in Deep Ellum is FREE UNTIL 6PM. There is a parking lot directly behind Stirr, but it is paid parking. We do not advise leaving cars parked in Deep Ellum overnight.

What is the Dress Code?
Semi- Formal Attire
Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The Wedding Ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
The Wedding Reception will be held indoors.
What is the weather like in the area?
The weather in Dallas in March can range between 50 degrees Fahrenheit and 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unless a plus one is indicated in the invitation mailed, we ask that guests do not bring additional guests due to a maximum capacity limit at our reception venue.

Are Children Welcome to attend?
Yes, children are able to attend; however, there will be no kids' menu or specific kid friendly activities. We ask parents to use their best judgement when determining whether or not their child will be able to sit through wedding events. Please let us know if you do plan to bring children.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We are having a Brunch Style Reception.
During cocktail hour we will have some quick bites passed around.
A combination of breakfast and lunch options will be available for guests to order from the servers during the sit-down portion of our reception.
Do you have a wedding registry?
We decided to opt-out of having a traditional wedding registry. We feel your presence at our wedding is a gift in and of itself! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have a honeymoon fund linked to the Registry tab on our wedding website. We will also have a Card Box available at the reception. We ask that any physical gifts please be sent to our home address.
What time does the reception end? Will there be an after party?
The reception will end at 4 PM. We will be having an after party at our home in Sachse, TX at 7:30 PM. Guests should plan to eat dinner before arriving, as we will only have snacks and beverages available.
(We will update the home page with further details regarding the after party a few months before the wedding).
Is there a time gap between the ceremony and the reception?
There is about a 30 minute time gap between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour. Guests should plan to leave the ceremony location and go directly to the reception location to allow time for travel and parking.
