"Is it appropriate for me to just say hello, rather than running out of pictures to like?" Little did Adam and Emily know, this message Adam had sent Em over Instagram on September 30th, 2018 would change both of their lives forever... What started as a suggestion from one of Em's friend to look Adam up, turned into so much more. The night of November 2nd, 2018 at Tequila Cowboy in Pittsburgh, PA, will forever be a night the two lovebirds will never forget. The rest you may say, is history.A long distance relationship began, but quickly turned into much more. COVID struck the world and left an opportunity for Adam and Em to capitalize on. The couple decided it was time to take the next step, with Em relocating to Cleveland to continue her career and the two buying their first home together in Willowick, OH.It was only a matter of time before Adam "popped the question." With the perfect ring and perfect plan, Adam and Em got engaged on Slippery Rock University's Softball Field (where Adam and Em attended college) on October 2nd, 2021.Now here we are, or rather, here you are reading the fairytale of the future Mr. and Mrs. Urbania. If you take anything away from this happy ending, know that no matter how difficult things may seem or if you are deciding to take a chance or risk, do it, because you just may find your forever person.

Emily (Hanny) and Emily  have been best friends since sixth grade! They played basketball, volleyball, and swam together. They were in all of the same classes together in high school and have been best friends ever since.  They call themselves the EmSquad. Emily's favorite memory with Hanny is their week long trip together to Las Vegas and traveled to four national parks. Hanny helped Adam propose to Em.

Caroline and Emily grew up together and have been best friends since Emily can remember. They describe themselves as sisters from another mister.  They played high school softball together and have always supported each others desires and dreams! Emily's favorite memory with Caroline is when the whole team dared Caroline not to talk at all during softball practice and she lasted about 5 minutes, Caroline's personality is so contagious and Em just loves being around her!

Emily and Jacqueline (J-Finn) played middle school, high school, and travel sports together. J-Finn and Em grew up together on the ball field. Her favorite memory with J-Finn is when she hit a foul ball so hard and far she broke the back windshield of a car. J-Finn was a beast of a softball player! They now enjoy ice cream trips  and trips to New York City where Jacqueline calls home. J-Finn has always been there for Em. J-Finn is truly a once in a lifetime friend.

Alanna (Lan) and Emily met while playing softball for Slip together. They lived together in college with Allie , Kaylee and Alanna's pup Murphie. Alanna was always the person everyone knew on campus at Slippery Rock. She helped Emily make so many amazing friends there. Emily's favorite memory with Lan is when they would drive around Slip in her Beamer and blasting music! Lan now owns her own very successful business with her husband.

Kaylee (Kay) and Emily met playing softball for Slippery Rock. They were roommates in college. Kaylee was always known as the life of the party! She was always known for her awesome playlists. Kaylee is the most down to earth and caring person Em knows. Kaylee and Emily enjoy taking trips together to visit Allie and Alanna. Kaylee is now working on her nursing degree along with being an assistant softball coach at Carlow University!!

Chelsea (Chels) and Emily met through Emily's MOH. Chels is Hanny's roommate. Emily and Chels grew to be great friends by going out in Pittsburgh together. Chels has such a kind and caring soul and has helped Emily so much with her upcoming wedding. She is such a special person and we are so excited to have Chels in the wedding party!!

Adam and Bryan (B) met during their first week of freshman football practice at Lake Catholic High School. While that story is too vulgar to type, Adam and B became best friends, playing baseball and football together. Through thick and thin, the two have always been there for one another. Cheers!

Little Urb and brother of the Groom. Adam and Austin attend comic conventions, sporting events, watch tv shows/movies, and have created many more good times together throughout the years. Adam could not be happier to have Austin by his side.

Besides Austin, Adam and Tim have known each other the longest. Being best friends since Kindergarten, Adam and Tim have created a friendship that has lasted and will last a lifetime.

Fun fact, Tom is the only person Adam has ever been ok with wearing his favorite number (12) while being on the same sports team. Adam and Tom's friendship goes back to grade school and is one of Adam's oldest and best friends.

Having to break into the "Immaculate Conception Clan," Adam and Ryan's friendship hit its stride Freshman year of high school. Since then, it has been nothing but sports, Star Wars, and making memories between these two best friends.

Ah, good ole Vooz Vooz. Adam and Kyle were roommates 3/4 years of our college career (even though Adam said no to Kyle rooming with him at first). Adam was given the honor to be in Kyle's wedding party in 2018 and it is Adam's pleasure to have Kyle stand by his side on his big day as well.

Tall Oaks has an onsite Carriage House that has ten rooms upstairs and three suites that can be booked the night of the wedding Saturday August 12, 2023 to Sunday August 13, 2023. The rooms cannot be booked directly through the venue. If you are interested in staying at the carriage house, please reach out to the Bride or Groom. There is limited rooms.The Bride and Groom will be renting out the full "House" so whoever wants to join the fun after the reception is over is more than welcome to join us for the after party!
