May 14–18, 2025 | Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers, CA

We’re so excited to spend this special weekend with you. Below is a rough schedule to help you plan your time. We are very casual people, so wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Come for all or just the parts that work best for you!

Note: The drive from Three Rivers into Sequoia National Park typically takes 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic and stops, so plan accordingly. There is a massive elevation gain between the two, so it is not easy to go back and forth between Sequoia and Airbnbs. If you plan on heading into the park, we advise you plan on spending a long time in the park to make the most of it.

We will arrive on Wednesday afternoon/evening. If you arrive on Wednesday, you are welcome to join us in the big house (41130 Blossom Drive) in the evening for drinks and vibes.

Daytime – This is a great day to explore Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Parks (if you are more adventurous and not afraid of heights).

Suggested Sequoia Hikes:

Very Easy: Big Trees Trail, Beetle Rock Vista & Sentinel Tree, General Sherman Tree Trail

Easy: Sunset Rock, Congress Trail, Crescent Meadow Trail (these two Giant Forest trails connect, so there are many ways to get lost and enjoy this area. Our favorites!)

Moderate: Tokopah Falls, Moro Rock (only do this one if not afraid of heights)

6:00 PM - Three Rivers Brewing: Drinks and food in this casual spot along the river. Wear whatever is comfortable, including hiking clothes if you are returning from the park.

We highly encourage you to spend the morning in the park before our wedding at 3:00 PM. It is a long drive into the park, so it is best to maximize your time. We will have a pop-up changing tent located near our ceremony so you can change in and out of dress clothes. Bring layers as it can be chilly in the park. Our photographer will give us an update a few days prior about how the weather has been.

12:00 PM - Adam & Alex will depart for the park with the photographer

3:00 PM - Ceremony at Crescent Meadow. Parking is located at the High Sierra Trailhead. This will be followed by champagne and group photos.

Note: Dresses and suit jackets preferred, though wear whatever you're comfortable in! Bring layers, as it may get chilly (weather changes rapidly this time of year, so we will confirm closer to the date). Changing tent available before and after.

4:00 PM - Depart Sequoia

5:00 PM - Arrive in Three Rivers. If you would like to swing by your Airbnb before dinner, there is plenty of time. If not, meet us directly at the Airbnb!

5:30 PM - Bites & Cocktail Hour, 41130 Blossom Drive, Three Rivers, CA

6:30 PM - Dinner at Airbnb

8:00 PM - Sunset, our photographer will likely be around to grab some sunset photos as well

Morning – Light breakfast at the Airbnb or in town

Daytime – More optional hikes or park time, if you are ambitious and not afraid of heights, then there is time to explore Kings Canyon!

Options include Marble Falls Trail, Little Baldy, or your favorite spots from earlier

6:30 PM – Group dinner at Ol Buckaroo

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Brunch at the Airbnb or nearby cafe

Afternoon – Guest departures
