I started going to ICC Wesley in August of 2020, and I met so many friends. One day in September, JC walked in, and I just had a feeling that I wanted to get to know him. We became best friends very quickly, and I not so secretly had a major crush on JC not long after that. We continued to talk and hang out, and JC loved to pick on me any chance he got. After several months, JC decided to take me on a date but didn't tell me it was a date until we left the restaurant. In January 2021, JC asked me to be his girlfriend, and I thought "it's about time." JC was my rock during nursing school, and I can say with certainty I would not have made it through those 2 years without him. In December of 2023, JC asked me to be his wife and it was everything I had ever dreamed of! Now we are planning our wedding and have a sweet puppy together, and I feel so blessed to know that I get to spend the rest of my life with the person God created for me.
In early September of 2020, I walked in at ICC Wesley for the first time for the year. Little did Addie know, her life was about to change forever. For months after that day, Addie and I became the best of friends. She not so secretly had a crush on me, and finally one day I realized I didn't want to go through my life without her either. After a hard time in each of our lives, I decided I wanted to take our friendship a step further and ask Addie to be my girlfriend. She of course said yes, and we spent the rest of our college years growing our relationship. While at Mississippi State, I realized I could not imagine the rest of my life without Addie. I started saving up for a ring and started thinking of a special way to ask Addie to be my wife. Here we are now, planning a wedding and spending time together every chance we get. I am so thankful that God placed Addie in my life when He did, and I can't wait to have Addie as my partner in life.
