Please arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled time. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Parking is available on both sides of the street with designated event parking signs. The “Bobs Trees” lot is closer to the reception lodge but a short walk to the pond where the ceremony will be held.

Semi-formal/Dressy casual. Our wedding party will be in various shades of green so we kindly request you avoid this color. We want to give the people that helped make this whole day happen a chance to stand out and shine.

Unfortunately, with the size space we’ve rented, we will not have the room to be able to have any extra people show up. Please do not bring anyone other than who is listed on your invitations.

The ceremony will be outside by the pond and the reception will be across the street inside the lodge. Please wear appropriate footwear as you will be walking on grass/gravel.

Yes BUT there is a chair lift that can hold up to 300lbs. When picking a venue, we made sure to keep in mind some of our favorite people might not be able to do a ton of stairs. We wanted a space that is as accessible as possible to ensure your presence on our special day.
