Due to our venue having a set capacity, your formal invitation will indicate if you can bring a plus one by saying “(your name) and guest”. We kindly ask if your invitation does not say this that you do not bring a plus one.

Although we love children, if your formal invitation does not include your children’s names or say “and family” we ask that your children remain home for the day.

We ask that you dress in a cocktail or semi-formal attire. This means for the ladies attire such as dresses, skirts, dress pants, etc. For the men, suits or dress shirts with slacks is requested. We ask kindly that you refrain from wearing bridal colors like white/cream/ivory.

We ask that you have your RSVP submitted by no later than May 1, 2024 so that we have a final head count for catering.

Both venues are indoors and provide air conditioning.

Berry College has multiple parking lots within close walking distance of the chapel. The reception venue has many parking opportunities such as public street parking and a parking garage within close walking distance of Broad and Fifth.
