When is my RSVP due?
Please have your RSVP submitted no later than Monday, September 30, 2024 - If you need help with submitting your RSVP, please contact the Bride or Groom to assist.
Can I bring a date?
Plus ones will be indicated on your invitation. We have taken plus ones into consideration as much as possible while being cognizant of our capacity. If you have questions in regard to bringing a date, please reach out to the bride and groom directly!
Are children allowed?
We do have a few special littles in our lives that will be specifically invited to be apart of our big day. Unless specified, we request you find a sitter for the evening and to take this as a sort of date night to come and party with us!
What should I wear?
Cocktail or semi-formal attire is requested however, please dress as you feel comfortable! If you would like to coordinate with our wedding colors, you can find a color palette & "mood board" noted on the home page. - *Shoe Suggestion: The walk up to the venue is a rocky pathway so it is suggested, if you want to wear heels, bring a pair of flats to change into before the walk up and the walk back down to your vehicle after. Your feet will thank you after dancing the night away!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no earlier than 3:00pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30PM. Be sure to allow yourself time for parking, walking up to the venue, signing the guest book and taking your seat.
Where are the festivities being held?
All wedding events will be taken place in the same venue location! Weather permitting, the ceremony is planned to be outdoors so please check the weather and dress accordingly. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held between the outdoor patios and indoor main hall.
What is being served for dinner?
We will be serving a delicious variety of Thanksgiving styled favorites! If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns about the menu, please let the bride or groom know when submitting your RSVP.
Will alcohol be available?
Yes! We will be providing specialty cocktails and wine along with soft drinks that our wonderful bartender can mix up for you with the spirits provided. Also to note, our bartender is graciously providing his services as a gift to the bride & groom so tips to him are very much appreciated!
Will shuttles be provided?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transport to/from the venue for our guests. However, we did want to note, since alcohol is being served we do encourage if you are unable to drive, to leave your vehicle at the venue for the evening and get a ride with someone who is sober. We have confirmed with our venue that vehicles are allowed to be left overnight but will need to be picked up, promptly, the following morning.
Can we post your big day to social media?
ABSOLUTELY! We would love to see our big day from your point of view, but please refrain from having your phones out during the ceremony. You can directly send us photos, videos, etc. of the big day, or you can use the hashtag #HappilyEverEnyart on social media for us to relive the magic the day after.
