Please RSVP by February 28th, 2025, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you cannot make it.
Can we bring the kids? / Can I bring a plus one?
We ask that you not bring your small children unless we tell you otherwise. In the same line of thought, we ask that you don't bring a plus one unless your invitation indicates that we have accounted for another guest. We don't mean to be rude, but we feel this is best for our big day.
What time should i arive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Is the ceremony inside or outside?
We hope the weather cooperates and we can hold the ceremony outdoors. However, in case of inclement weather, we will utilize the heated indoor space. Please reach out to Kaitlin or Ashleigh the week of if you have any questions!
"What should I Wear?"
We ask that you dress semi-formal to casual, and be comfortable but ready for pictures!!
Additionally, we ask that you refrain from wearing pinks and reds.
Is the venue wheelchair/walker accessible?
Yes, there are two handicapped parking spaces available. The rest of the parking is grass; however, there is a drive allowing drop-off at the main entrance to the building. The building itself and the restrooms are accessible.
Is it BYOB?
NO!! Our venue strictly forbids outside alcohol. If you break the rules, we could lose our deposit. However, a cash bar will be available during the reception.
Can I smoke on the property?
The venue is kind enough to have clearly marked designated smoking areas. We ask that you ONLY smoke in the designated areas, as we can lose our deposit if cigarette butts are found elsewhere.
Are there any other rules we should know about?
Phones and cameras are encouraged during the ceremony and reception. Please respect our photographer and stay out of the aisles during the ceremony; otherwise, take as many pictures as you want! We will have a QR code where you can upload your photos to a shared drive for everyone to see!
It's the day of and I have questions, who can help?
We know significant events can be confusing. If you have any last-minute hang-ups or questions, please contact Kaitlin or Ashleigh for bride questions or Dru for groom questions. The happy couple wants to enjoy their day stress-free, and Kaitlin, Ashleigh, and Dru can handle any questions on their behalf.
Where is the parking located?
The parking is in the field north of the venue. As you enter The Stables and head towards
the right to loop in front, you then go straight towards the parking signs that will be out the
day of the event.
Are the guests allowed to leave their vehicles in the parking field overnight?
Of course! We encourage anyone drinking to leave their vehicles with us overnight and to
get a ride to their home or hotel.
Where are the closest Hotels?
The AmericInn and Motel 6 is a short drive into town on the left across from Farm King.
There are also camping and R/V locations at Johnsons Sauk Trail Park.
