Where should I park?
There’s a big grass field right next to the venue! Follow the walking path along the tree line to reach the ceremony. Do not enter the driveway in front of the barn.
Can I leave my car parked overnight?
Yes, but you need to make sure your car is parked in the top row, closest to the horse's field. Your car also needs to be picked up by 10AM the next day (do not enter the venue area at all that next day).
What should I wear?
Our wedding will be semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, midi/maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or a blazer with dress pants. Ties are welcome but not required. Our color palette is sage and terracotta. The ceremony will take place in a grassy, partially shaded field, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly (block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or loafers are great options). You may also want to bring sunglasses for the ceremony.
Can I take the shuttle if I’m not staying at the Best Western?
Yes! Just please indicate you will be utilizing it on your RSVP. Bus leaves at 3:30 so don't be late!
What is the bus schedule?
3:30pm pick up at 451 W M C Dr, Westminster.
10:00pm pick up at Wisteria Cottage and barn.
Bus will make two stops, first stop is O'lordans on main Street, second stop is the Best Western hotel.
1:00am pick up at O'lordans to drop back at the Best Western hotel.
I have a food allergy/preference, will there be options for me?
Yes! Cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert will all have an option that is gluten free, nut free, dairy free, and/or egg free.
Do I get a plus one?
Your RSVP prompt will indicate who is invited! If your children are included on the guest list, you will be able to RSVP for them as well.
What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?
There will be refreshments available starting at 3:30.
Is there a room block at the local hotels?
No, there is no room block since the local hotels require a 2-night stay when booking through a block. There are a few hotel options listed on the "Travel" page. We don't anticipate the hotels having any shortages of rooms due to the time of year but please reach out to Jessie if you run into any issues!
Will the Ceremony/Reception be indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony will be in a grassy field while the Reception will be in an open air barn. Cocktail hour will be on the patio outside of the barn.
