The Welcome Dinner is for those members of the bridal party, immediate family as well as any guests who are planning to stay in the Farmington area on the Friday night before the wedding. Please join us at the Fernstone Retreat venue for the Welcome Dinner catered by The Yard Mobile Eatery.

The following are the shuttle bus pick up schedules: 1. Hampton Inn - Pick up will be at 3:00 pm sharp. We only have one pick up at this hotel. Please don't miss it! 2. Chalk Hill - Initial pick up will be at 3:00 pm with subsequent pick ups running every 15-25 minutes. Pick up will be at the main office area. Hotel return shuttle service will start at 9:00 pm and the last shuttle will be at 11:30 pm.
