The hotel advised that check in normally doesn’t open until 4 PM on Saturday, but they will allow check in much earlier as rooms open up for our guests. Checkout on Saturdays is between 9 AM and 11 AM so they assured us that rooms would be available as guests start arriving.

We recommend arriving to the hotel earlier as we have provided transportation from the hotel to the venue to be picked up at 3:45 PM. If you have any questions, please let us know.

A shuttle will pick the guests up from the hotel in a school bus.

Please be in the hotel lobby and ready to depart by 3:45 PM.

Check in will be available as early as noon to guests staying only on Saturday night.

At the end of the night, the shuttle will return to the hotel.
