Jacob (Jake) Stevens was born in Lynn MA in 1994. When he was three years old he moved to Hudson NH where he remained till he graduated high school. Once completing high school Jacob went to UMass Lowell and earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish Literature. Jacob currently works as an insurance biller for Tufts Medicine at Lowell General Hospital.

Adessa Nounna was born in Pocatello Idaho in 2000. Adessa has lived in 5 different states growing up. She graduated high school in Florida. Though she has yet to earn her degree she has been attending universities and colleges and has finished her prerequisites for dental hygiene school. Adessa has been working as a dental assistant since moving to MA in 2020.

Jacob and Adessa met in October 2021. They were introduced by Adessa's Dad Jamie Nounna. Jacob worked for Jamie for two years down in Lexington MA. Jamie had a feeling Adessa and Jacob would get along. One day Jamie gave Jacob Adessa's phone number and the rest is history.

Their plans for after the wedding are waiting on Adessa's dental hygiene application results. She applied to a local school in Lowell MA and another in Orem Utah. Pending results in April will decide where they will be apartment hunting!
