Adi and Curtis met while working in real estate finance in New York City. Their paths crossed while on a property tour of a self-storage facility in the Bronx – a seemingly mundane task for most, but exciting for the real estate aficionados. As they marveled at the parking structure, security system and climate-controlled technology, a beautiful friendship was forming.


As they got to know each other, they realized their interests extended beyond their careers, as they shared a number of things in common: a great curiosity and appreciation for travel, a belief that good food is best paired with great wine (or in Curtis’ case, an ice cold beer), and that there’s no such thing as too much sushi. And so, bowls at Naya and long walks to Starbucks soon turned into pasta at Torrisi and jazz shows at Django. Their friendship grew into something more, and the rest is history. To date, the two have been to over 15 New York City omakase dinners, traveled to 10 countries, and shared countless adventures together. As they embark on this new chapter, they are especially looking forward to creating more cherished memories and celebrating their special day with each and every one of you by their side!




On Valentine's Day, Curtis surprised Adi with a dream vacation to St. Lucia for her upcoming birthday. With rose petals and candles adorning a dock that overlooked the ocean and mountains, Curtis asked Adi to spend the rest of their lives together, to which she responded the easiest yes of her life. As the sun set, they enjoyed a private dinner and bonfire on the beach, excited and emotional that the most perfect night would lead into a lifetime of memories together.
