Hello Friends and Family,

We would love to share with you a little bit of our story, how the Lord brought us together, and some of the things He has taught us over this past year. Aidan and I met at a homeschool tumbling program when we were both pretty young. For many years we knew of each other, but did not actually know or talk to each other. We both participated in an alumni tumbling routine last spring and after that we began hanging out together and getting to know each other, and this is where it all started. As we spent time with one another we both were amazed to see how much our values and desires aligned. Right away I could tell that Aidan was a man who truly loved the Lord and was living his life for the Lord. That translated in the way he acted, and how he pursued me. Aidan pursued me with great intentionality and asked me questions that helped us to see each others hearts and desires, which gave us clarity in knowing wether we should pursue a relationship together. As we spent time together we got along so well and truly enjoyed being together. Very quickly I knew that I had a desire to be with Aidan, and everyone around me was encouraging me, and I felt so much confirmation from the Lord. We both knew that if we wanted to date each other we were dating with the intention of marriage in mind. After we started dating we continued to spend time together getting to know each others hearts more and more, and asking the Lord for wisdom and guidance. Only a few months into dating we both knew that this was the one. And as some might say, when you know, you know, ya know? The Lord made it very clear to us that He wanted us to be together forever and the more time we spent together, the more we fell in love and wanted to be together more and more. It is beautiful to see that God can bring two sinful people together and use them for His kingdom. We both have different strengths and weaknesses, but the beauty of that is we can guide one another and learn together in our differences. We balance each other out so well and that is a gift from the Lord. Through the months that we dated we went on many exciting adventures together and got to spend a lot of quality time together. We grew in our relationship in so many ways. We were able to get a glimpse of what it looks like to walk alongside one another in all different types of seasons. We get to walk alongside each other in some vey exciting and life changing seasons, and we get to walk alongside each other in the hard and mundane seasons. That is part of the beauty of becoming one and doing everything together. We have grown so much closer to each other, and to the Lord in the good and hard times we have walked through together, and we are so overjoyed that we get to walk through every season of life together. On March 23rd Aidan asked me to be his wife, and I could not be more honored to have the privilege of being his wife. If it was not for the Lord's goodness and faithfulness we would not be where we are today and we know that the most important thing we can do in our relationship is grow closer to the Lord and point each other and everyone around us to Jesus. Because of Jesus' sacrifice for our sins on the cross we don't have to live in our sinful nature, but our sins have been forgiven and we can walk in new life with Jesus. We desire to serve and honor the Father in our marriage, and in every part of our lives. We are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together, and we are so incredibly thankful for everyone who has encouraged us and poured into us along the way. Thank you to everyone who has been there for us and pointed us towards Jesus, we are so beyond grateful for you. We give all of the glory to God and that is why we are here today. Marriage is only a small reflection of Jesus' marriage to the church, and the love that the Father has for everyone. We know that marriage is a lifelong commitment to serve, and love, and honor, and take care of one another. We are committing our lives to one another before all of you and ultimately before our Heavenly Father. He is the reason we are here today! Thank you all so much for loving Aidan and I, we love and appreciate you all!
