John F. Kennedy (JFK) and Laguardia (LGA): the most convenient NYC airports to fly in to. JFK has a SkyTrain to connect to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) or NYC subway system if needed. Laguardia has bus service to connect to the LIRR or NYC subway system.

Newark Liberty (EWR): a bit further out of the way, but still a good option. If needed, you can transit from EWR to Penn Station in Manhattan, then from Penn Station to Huntington via the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).

Long Island MacArthur (ISP): Long Island's regional airport. It is a 40 minute drive away from Huntington, and there are not many flight options for this airport.

While it is possible to get around Long Island via public transit, the easiest methods are by Uber, Lyft or rental car.
