Summer of 2024 Kaitlyn decided it was time to put herself back out there in the dating world, aka Hinge. Before doing so she prayed God would open the right doors and close the wrong ones… That leads to the most perfect love story. Our story started off like most couples do, online… Kidding! It almost started that way. Adrian was swiping on his Hinge account one evening when he came across the love of his life and gave her the ole swipe right. Little did he know Kaitlyn had tapped out and deleted her Hinge account that evening. She deleted the app and said she wouldn’t do that again, so her next step was to find a different church with a bigger selection of men lol. Kaitlyn was chatting with a family member who recommended a really great church called Northridge (Adrian’s church) she did her research and saw it was way too small and decided to try out a bigger one. That evening feeling a little defeated from the dating world she prayed and accepted the fact that she was very blessed with where she was in life. Shortly after that prayer her sister-ish Esther, asked Kaitlyn if her husband Nathan could pass along her number to his coworker and she thought, “Sure why not.” Monday morning came and Nate let Adrian know his wife knew of an eligible lady if he was interested. (Shout out to the Sperrys!) numbers were exchanged and a few day later they had their first date on September 27, 2024.
