Shuttle Information

Pickup and Drop-Off The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at the front of the Hilton Omaha Hotel on the day of the wedding. If you’re staying at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District, it's just a short walk (less than a minute) to the Hilton for pickup.   Important Notes No Ubers Available: Please be aware that Ubers will not be available at the wedding location. Plan your transportation accordingly. Shuttle Access: The shuttle is open to all guests, regardless of whether you’re staying at the hotel. Please indicate your shuttle needs on your RSVP.   ﻿Shuttle Times Pick-Up: There will be a shuttle that will leave promptly at 4:45pm and another no later than 5pm from the Hilton to The Fountains Ballroom. Please be ready a few minutes early to ensure a timely arrival. The shuttle will be parked in front of the hotel entrance. Return Trips:  Return shuttles from the Fountains Ballroom back to the Hilton will be available at 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm.
