How do I RSVP for the wedding?
All guests will receive an email invitation. Please RSVP using the "Submit Your RSVP" button once you have opened the email invitation. Please ensure you provide any dietary restrictions and/or allergies when prompted.
What is the deadline for sending in our RSVP?
The deadline for submitting your RSVP is April 1, 2025.
Are there hotel accommodation options for out-of-town guests?
Yes, we have a list of recommended hotels found on the travel tab. We recommend booking well in advance because NOTL is a popular wedding location during the busy summer months!
How does an out-of-town guest reserve a preferred hotel rate at Queen's Landing?
We have a limited block of rooms available at a preferred rate. You can book a room in our block via the Hotel’s website: http://www.vintage-hotels.com/reservations.htm. Make sure to enter the Reservation Number 3763724 in the “Group ID” box of the booking screen. Alternatively, contact the Hotel’s Reservations
Department at 1-888-669-5566 and request the “Reservation Line”. Please identify yourself as a guest attendee of the Forest/Clarke Wedding to receive the guest rate.
If you are planning on staying at Queen's Landing, know that we can only reserve 5 hotel rooms in our block at a time, so if you attempt to book a room at our preferred rate but there are no rooms left in our block, please contact us!
What is the dress code?
This is a formal event.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
We love kids, but our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope you understand and can make arrangements for childcare during the celebration.
Are pets allowed at the venue?
We love pets, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed at our wedding.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, complementary parking is available onsite.
Please note that if you are staying at any Vintage Hotel in NOTL, a shuttle service is complementary between hotels
Will there be a bar at the reception? Is it open or cash-only?
Yes, we will have a fully stocked open bar for all guests!
Is there a timeline of events available for the wedding?
Our entire wedding (ceremony and reception) will take place at Queen's Landing. Our ceremony will be taking place indoors in the Imperial Ballroom at 3pm. Our cocktail hour will take place in the Grand Georgian Ballroom Atrium from 5pm-6:30pm. Our reception will commence at 6:30pm in the Grand Georgian Ballroom, and after dinner, we will be dancing the night away!

Do you have a wedding registry, and what is the best way to give a gift?
We do not have a traditional wedding registry, but if you would like to give a gift, we would truly appreciate a contribution towards our future together. We know our guests are travelling and may prefer to give a gift via e-transfer rather than cash. If that is the case, please e-transfer to clarkeforesthouse@gmail.com
