Luis and Adriana first crossed paths in May of 2012 during a weekend outing with mutual friends at one of their favorite restaurants in Houston. With a margarita in hand and a smile on his face Luis decided to introduce himself to Adriana. After a light-hearted night full of laughter, food and dancing, numbers were exchanged and so began their story.

Their first official date took place at wine bar called Tango & Malbec where they ate, danced and got to know each other a bit more. Following in the theme of food; something they were both passionate about – they decided to take their first trip in November of that same year to the culinary town of New Orleans. Horse drawn carriage rides, walks through the French quarter and romantic dinners made for a weekend they’d never forget.

In January of 2013 Luis and Adriana decided that it was time to blend their respective families (Adriana with her daughter Leah and Luis with his daughter Kimberly) and move in together. Their first trip as a family was to Costa Rica in 2016 and was by far the most adventurous. They got to experience turtle hatchlings making their way into the ocean on the beautiful beaches of Brasilito, zip lined for the first time and even visited a volcano! Little did they know that the real adventure was barely getting started, in November of 2017 they welcomed the newest addition to their family, their blessing – Luisito.

Two years later while on the beaches of Dubai in March of 2019 Luisito was tasked with finding "hidden treasure" (a ring box) in the sand and handing it to Luis who then got on one knee and popped the question! It was perfect, it was thoughtful but most of all it confirmed what they had known all along and that is that they wanted to be together for the rest of their lives. It's been 10 years since that fateful night when they met, and the time is finally right for them to officially tie the knot! They can’t wait to celebrate their wedding day with you in October of 2022.
