Our Wedding

<p>We met when Nicky first moved to America in 2017 through a mutual friend. For a few years, we were part of the same friend group and made many great memories together. As time went on, the friend group drifted apart as people went to college or started new jobs. However, thanks to COVID-19 everyone moved back to Hickory and reconnected. We threw a New Year's Party for 2021 that set things in motion between us, but neither of us were ready for a committed relationship. Again, in March of 2021 we attended a friend's wedding and spent the night dancing together. Finally, in September of 2021 we went on our first date to the Olde Hickory Station and shared a pizza. We officially started dating on October 18, 2021 by Nicky asking me to be his girlfriend.</p>

how it began 

<p>We dated for a few months before we moved in together. Suspiciously, this is when we got our first dog, Peaches. Since then, we have adopted two more dogs, Delilah and Sunshine. In August of 2022, we went to Spain on vacation for two weeks and Nicky proposed in Alicante on August 26th. In our time together, we have made many happy memories as a family. We can not wait to continue making great memories as a married couple.</p>
