Yes, resort is ALL-INCLUSIVE!

Due to restrictions and safety reasons at the venue, we can only accommodate children of immediate family at our wedding events (Rehearsal dinner, Ceremony, Cocktail hour, Reception). With that being said you are more than welcome to bring children to the resort. They will NOT be permitted at the stated wedding events, but you can request for child care 24 hours in advance at the resort. Pricing upon request at resort.

100% (full) payment is required for guests with NO Travel Protection by 3/14/2024. A minimum payment of 50% (half) of the reservation total is required for guests with Travel Protection by 3/14/2024 with the remaining balance payment required by 5/13/2024. Any reservation not paid to the required amount by the date(s) listed above will be canceled automatically.

Shared roundtrip transportation from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) will be provided when booking through the negotiated group rates with Destination Weddings. LOMAS TRANSPORTATION WILL BE THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY Once flight is book, go to your invoice. If booking through ROOM BLOCK- last day to book is MAY 13TH, 2024. Otherwise, booking can be done directly through resort, or 3rd party website like Expedia, etc. REMINDER - if booking outside of resort, it is your responsibility to pay for a Wedding Pass. Cost as follows- Wedding pass: (30 mins before ceremony & for a total of 5 hrs)$75/adult, $40/kid. Full day wedding pass: public rate available at the front desk.
