There will be shuttle service provided on the wedding day. The shuttle bus will pick guests up at The Hotel Northampton at 3:30pm. The bus will be out front on King Street and available to all guests whether or not you are staying in the hotel. There is a return shuttle back to the hotel at 8pm, and 10pm. There will be two return shuttles starting at 9:30pm and 10:00 pm from Quonquont Farms.

Wedding attire is black tie optional. For this time of year in New England, may we suggest the following attire: Dark suits or tux for mens with dress shoes. Floor length gowns, dressy pantsuits or midi-length cocktail dresses for gals. Heels and dressy flats. Most importantly, bring your dancing shoes!

Attire is dressy casual. The welcome party is at Progression Brewery in Northampton. It is walking distance from the Hotel Northampton.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, under a covered pavillion. There is a gravel path to the ceremony, so be mindful of stiletto heels. The cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor patio. In the event of rain, there will be a tent covering the patio. There are also on site umbrellas and an indoor rain alternative for the ceremony. The reception is indoors in a weather controlled barn.

While we love your kids, to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day 21+. We thank you for your understanding!

Whately is a quiet town outside of the city of Northampton. Rideshare services are limited, so please plan accordingly. We will provide a shuttle service to and from the Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn and Suites.
