We are so excited to celebrate with you! We truly appreciate the effort it takes to get to Silver Springs and want to make it as comfortable as possible! See below a couple of options we recommend and also feel free to look into any other places.
The Georgian Bay Hotel offers single night stays in a range of different room styles if you are interested in staying over in Collingwood on the wedding night. Reservations can be made on the website. This location is about a 25 minute drive form the wedding venue.
There are no kosher options nearby in Collingwood but there are plenty of grocery stores within driving distance.
The Candlewood Suites is another option available for guests who would like to stay over in Collingwood for the night of the wedding. This location is about a 30 minute drive form the wedding venue.
Like the Georgian Bay Hotel, there are no kosher options available however grocery stores are driving distance from the hotel.
The Westin Trillium is a beautiful hotel in Blue Mountain ski resort and is another option available for guests who would like to stay nearby for the night of the wedding. This location is about a 25 minute drive form the wedding venue.
Blue Mountain is a lovely ski resort with a village open in the summer, located a 25 minute drive from Silver Springs. If you're looking to spend the weekend in the countryside then this is a great choice.
They have hotel rooms as well as family style chalets with kitchens. Email reservations@stayatbluemountain.com and speak to Rizalin for more info.
Please note that there will not be the option to book for only one night.
There are plenty of other B&Bs and smaller hotels in the area that are worth exploring, but please note all options are only driving distance from the venue. Other towns to look into; Thornbury, Collingwood, Kimberly and Flesherton.
There's no Kosher options nearby but food can be brought up from Toronto, and there are many grocery stores in driving distance
Stay in Thornhill for the Shabbat, the larges Jewish suburb of Toronto. We recommend the Liberty Suites Hotel which is a 30 min walk from the Bayt, one of the largest Shuls in the area. There are also lots of airbnb's in the area as well as kosher options.
Stay in downtown Toronto. There's plenty of hotels and Airbnb's in the downtown core. Reach out to Chabad of downtown to help coordinate Shabbat meals.
