Britani, Aiden's sister, has come to have a close bond with Shawna and has been a huge point of support, advice, and guidance over the 3.5 years the bride and groom have been together.

Megan and Shawna met shortly after the Welker's moved to Tennessee. She has been an incredible friend to Shawna and continues to be an uplifting and supportive friend.

Brenton and Aiden met in high-school and have continued their friendship through sharing passions such as fishing and firefighting.

Berkeley and Aiden served together in the Marine Corps and have been trauma bonded ever since.
