Our Story

It all began on September 17, 2014, when an unexpected flash flood hit. Aimee’s apartment had flooded, so her and her boys, Jakob and Joshua, headed to the Skatepark to wait out the storm.

That’s where fate stepped in. David, the manager of the skatepark, caught Aimee’s eye—and she caught his. From that moment, the connection was undeniable.

Just a few weeks later, on Halloween night, their story truly began. Dressed as a nun and a sexy witch, they went on a date—and the rest is history.

Over the years, they’ve built a beautiful life together, filled with love, laughter, and plenty of Halloween costumes.

In November 2022, they moved into their dream home, a milestone that symbolized all they had worked toward as a couple and as a family.

Then, on Halloween 2024, on their 10 year anniversary— true to tradition—David proposed. Aimee, dressed as the “Beauty School Dropout” from Grease, and David, her greaser, made it official: they were ready for forever.

Today, they are not just two people in love, but a strong, blended family who has weathered storms, celebrated milestones, and created countless memories together. Now, they can’t wait to say “I do” and begin their next chapter as husband and wife.
