What is the dress code for your wedding?
We ask that you wear semi-formal/formal attire. Please no cream or white. Bridesmaid will be wearing a Neptune colour!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm . We suggest that you arrive by 3:30pm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held indoors; however, if weather permits our cocktail hour will be held outdoors.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that only individuals listed on the invitation and RSVP attend the wedding.
Is the ceremony and reception at different locations?
No, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Stonefield Estates. Staff will help direct you throughout the evening.
Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception?
Yes, after the ceremony the bride, groom, their families and wedding parties will step away to take photos. Guest are invited to participate in the cocktail hour.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Our ceremony will be "unplugged"; therefore we kindly ask our guests to shut off all devices during the ceremony. Please feel free to capture photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
There will be hot and cold hors d'oeuvers served throughout the cocktail hour, followed by a three course gourmet meal and a late night snack.
Who do I contact if you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies?
Please contact Ainsley and/or Brandon as well note your restrictions and/or allergies on the online RSVP.
What is the bar situation?
There will be a cash bar. Debit/Credit available.
Does the venue offer overnight parking?
There is parking available onsite. Guest can leave their vehicles overnight, but vehicles are required to be picked up the following morning before noon.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Transportation to and from Stonefields has been arranged.
PICK UP: The bus will pick guests up at the Best Western Smiths Falls at 3pm and transport guests to Stonefeild Estates.
DROP OFF: There will be two options for drop off. Guests can choose either drop-off time. The bus will pick up guests from Stonefields at 11pm and 1245am. The bus will then transport guests back to the Best Western Smiths Falls.
What will happen if I do not RSVP?
Unfortunately if you do not RSVP you will not be permitted to attend the wedding. Our venue requires an accurate guest list.
Where will wedding updates be posted?
All updates will be posted on our wedding website.
