Q + A

WARNING: When driving through the hill country please WATCH OUT for winding roads, wild life, and road kill.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by May 1, 2025. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending.' We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will definitely be missed! Please choose "will NOT attend" on the RSVP so we can make note for our final count.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under trees that provide ample shade. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request that guests wear cocktail attire for our celebration. Since our wedding will be held outdoors during the Texas summer, we encourage you to dress comfortably for the ceremony and cocktail hour, keeping the heat in mind while still maintaining the elegance of the occasion. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive no earlier than 4:30 p.m. and no later than 4:50 p.m.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! We have been assured that there will be ample parking for guests on our big day.

Are there reserved hotel blocks?

We did not reserve hotel blocks for the event. There are many different lodging accommodations in the surrounding towns as well as several great air bnb's if you would like an alternative!

Am I allowed to bring my children/plus one?

We want to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, and our venue's capacity limits unfortunately prevent us from being able to accommodate additional guests unless explicitly noted in your invitation. In order to maintain an intimate atmosphere and ensure everyone feels valued, we kindly ask that children not be brought unless otherwise indicated. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What type of food will be served at our wedding?

Our event will feature a delicious selection of food, starting with hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a hearty Texas barbecue buffet for dinner, complete with a vegetarian option to ensure all tastes are catered to. And of course, we'll be serving cake for dessert to sweeten the celebration!

Will there be an open bar?

We’ll be offering a selection of alcoholic beverages throughout the event, including a special signature drink created by the bride and groom to add a personal touch to the celebration. We look forward to raising a glass with you as we toast to this memorable occasion!
