Marek and Aisha met December 11, 2015. Aisha at the time was working for Metlife and had developed a friendship with a coworker. The coworker would often joke about how she had someone for me she wanted to meet with a smirk on her face. After a few months of holding out the coworker gave the green light to her sister, who'd later talk to Marek.

The couple dated from 2016 to 2017 and later parted ways to individually work on goals. After about 5 years of losing contact, Marek and Aisha reconnected and built a friendship while Marek was on the road driving trucks and Aisha moving up at her company.

In 2023, Marek told Aisha that one day he would marry her. Aisha brushed off the idea and thought Marek was having a moment and we would see about that. As we spent New Years Eve together and brought in 2024. We started to spend more time together. All along, Marek was planning a proposal that Aisha would be proud of. On March 24, 2024, Marek proposed at a special picnic in front of friends and family on a beautiful sunny day. The rest of the story has yet to be written but we do know that two are planning a beautiful future with many goals as a married couple.
