How do I RSVP?
You can RSVP directly on our website. We kindly request that all guests respond by March 1 at the latest.
What is the dress code?
We have chosen to host a black tie event, and we kindly ask that all guests dress in black attire. Please refrain from wearing white.
Are kids welcome?
We carefully considered the possibility of hosting a kid-free event, recognizing that it can be a challenging request. While we would love to have an adults-only gathering, we understand that it may not be feasible for everyone. We kindly ask that, if possible, you arrange for childcare. However, if making such arrangements is not an option for you, please let us know so we can ensure that everyone is included.
Can I bring a date?
Due to the limited availability of our venue, we have restricted capacity for our guests. If your invitation includes "and guest" or specifies a guest's name, you are welcome to bring them along. However, if your invitation only lists your name, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for your understanding.
What time should I arrive?
We request that guests arrive at the venue by 2:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 2:30 PM, and we will not permit entry into the room during that time. Thank you for your cooperation.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will take place indoors, but there is an outdoor area connected to our venue that will be available for use. Outdoor heaters will be provided if needed to ensure everyone's comfort.
Where is the reception?
The reception will be held at the same venue as the wedding. We will have an intermission or cocktail hour between the ceremony and the reception, allowing the staff to reset the room. During this time, we kindly ask all guests to exit the 1819 room and enjoy appetizers and conversation in Silas, the restaurant. There will also be a bar available inside where drinks can be purchased.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available behind the hotel. We kindly ask that all guests enter through the lobby entrance at the back of the building, as this entrance is designated for the event. Thank you!
Can I take photos?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all guests put their phones away during this time, as no photos will be allowed. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the moments, and we want to ensure that cell phones do not interfere with these photos. However, during the reception, feel free to take out your phones and snap pictures—we encourage it! We will provide a QR code where you can upload the images you have taken. Thank you for your understanding!
Will there be food and drinks?
During cocktail hour, we will have appetizers available for guests to enjoy, along with food served during the reception. Additionally, there will be a cash bar available in the 1819 room throughout the reception. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Where are you registered?
We are registered through The Knot, and you can find the link under the “registry” tab on our website. Thank you for your support!
