Our Wedding

Sean and&nbsp;I had the...pleasure (let's call it that) of meeting about eight years ago. He and I were both a part of a peer education group on Western Michigan University's campus called TCH (Theatre for Community Health). On the day that I was meant to audition, I wasn't feeling the best and I called my mom on my way to the audition. I remember telling her that I just "wasn't in the mood/didn't feel like it/would try out next semester." Her exact words to me were "Just go. You'll regret it if you don't." So, since I was walking by the Health Center where the auditions were being held as she said this, I decided to go. I sign in,&nbsp;walk into the audition area, and watch several people go before me. As I'm waiting for my turn, I began to glance around the room and people watch. It was at that time that I noticed a tall guy sitting at one of the tables behind me, long legs crossed. His eyes were glued to his DS screen and my immediate thought when I saw him was........ "WHAT A NERD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"&nbsp; Just kidding. (Not really, but I was thinking it ironically because, well...)&nbsp;It was "Wonder what game he's playing?" So, I got up and walked over to him and asked him. He told me he was playing Pokemon Heart Gold. After that, we started talking a bit about the Pokemon games and were having a fairly decent conversation. Eventually I realized that I hadn't introduced myself so I finally told him my name.&nbsp; To which he responded: "Yeah......I'll never remember that. But, for what it's worth, I'm Sean."&nbsp; So here we are, eight years later.&nbsp;And I'm happy to say that he's finally learned my name. (Only took him seven and a half years but...) Also, thanks mom. You were right, I would have regretted not going to that audition.&nbsp;

Cierra is the first friend I made out in California. She's crafty and a lover of tea. We spend a lot of our free time together crafting our mutual hobbies while drinking tea and watching Studio Ghibli movies or it's Thursday and we're playing D&D. She is one of the kindest and most supportive people I've had the pleasure of meeting!Give her a mango and she'll be your best friend.&nbsp;
