The nearest airport to the wedding location is Jayprakash Narayan International Airport, Patna. There are no international flights to this airport hence you will need to take a flight to either Mumbai or Delhi airport first.

Where can I do the shopping from?

You can shop for traditional Indian and ethnic attires from Mumbai or Delhi based on your arrival airport. Best is to arrive a day or two before and stay in Mumbai or Delhi for shopping.
